egads! staggered starts?

OK!   We also need to put more pressure on the Brit's....they might be 
resting on their laurels after VIR.  indication are that they are looking forward to 
2012 for the 60TH TRIUMPH REUNION, but that is too long to wait, especially 
fior some of us.
