[Fot] fot emails

Hi
I am a new fot member and glad to have access to the of depth knowledge
offered by this group. I am wondering however if there is a way to set up my
email preferences with fot so that I do not receive a copy of all emails sent
between the membership, but rather to allow me to log on periodically and
"tune in" to the discussions that have bearing on my interests and needs.
Thanks for helping me make good use of this valuable resource.
