[Fot] Getting more negative camber on the front of a TR6

Jim, is it possible to dial in corner weight without actually weighing
the corners? Is it possible to work from performance or from others'
experience with my particular make and model ('74 TR6)? I had planned
to take of my bumpers and windshield this winter but I'm sure this would
have some effect on corner weight so maybe I need to calculate a little
more before I start removing. Jim

Two ways you can do it. Shorter springs and removing the spacers put
some negative in.
And/Or, you can;
1. Install longer bolts at the lower control arms and shim out more.
2. Slot the upper control arms at the ball joint and move the top of the
trunion inboard.
If you pull the spacers out you may want to replace them with the AFCO
adjustable
spacers so you can corner weight the car and dial in both at the same
time.

Sorry, someone told me how to do this but I can't find the email now.
My original question was how to get more negative camber on my '74 TR6
that I use to autocross (no street use). I have adjusted it with shims
to a negative 1 = degrees. One person told me about removing part of
the spring assembly but I can't find the email or recall the particulars
of this email. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, especially
those in the email I have since misplaced.

Thanks, Jim
