The zinc and phosphorus used as additives poison the catalytic converter over
time.  So, ZDDP (which contains both zinc and phosphorous) is being phased out
just like TEL was 30 years ago.

Best not to ask questions when you don't want to hear the answer !  Suffice it
to say that the EPA has already established that they are above the law and only
lightly bound by the Constitution ... if they want to know what motor oil you're
using, they'll find out !

Is it true that in some places, you already have to give your name and address
in order to buy leaded racing fuel ?
