[Fot] TR transmission numbers

Hi Guys!
Many thanx to Mark for getting us back online and another one to Bill for 
keeping us going in the interim.  Heroes both.

I've got a TR gearbox with a serial number starting with CT.  Does that sound 
right to anybody?  If so, what did it come from and is it a sound basis for a 
race box?  I've also one that must be very early as it still has the dipstick 
hole in the cover.  Both have the vents cast intothe side of the case.
I'll be buying the close ratio set from Ken G., Anybody know the tricks to 
make these stout boxes better...and lighter?
