[Fot] Please add the Google group to your "send to" list

A number of FOT'ers have not been able to receive mail through the team.net 
server. Google groups is working fine so please add that address if you 
originate a message and hit "reply to all" if responding. That will help those of us 
in withdrawal to get our fix.
