Hi Scott!

We run a dual gauge in my Spit and it is very helpful for tuning and the 
aforementioned issue detection. Just be sure to put the probes on a 
combination of #1 OR #2 and #3 OR #4 exhaust, so you will have one 
needle covering each carb (if you run dual carbs). We run ours on #1 and 
#4 (since #4 is normally the hottest cylinder). There may be varying 
opinions on which exhausts are the best ones to use...
