    I didn't see anyone else answer this. I don't know about FIA regulations
for the TR4 back then, but the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) still sells
GCR's (General Competition Regulations) from that era. I have one at home, if
there is a specific question regarding preparation, perhaps I can look it up
for you. I also may be able to borrow a scanner, and scan the TRiumph pages
for you. Let me know what you need.
