Mark,

I had a sparco sprint seat on the spitfire for a while.  Two problems, it sat too high and it's just too wide to fit in the cockpit.

I switched to a Kirkey intermediate seat (i think they have better choices now).  I was able to bolt it straight to the floor and take the padding out to sit nice and low.  I use an I/O port seat back brace as required by our SCCA rules for non FIA homologated seats.
