Yes, that book is called, "The ACE Factor."  I can't think of the author's
full name right now, but it is E. Paul something, and he is a well known
professional driving instructor.


The author's name is E.Paul Dickinson who holds FIA,ALMS,Grand AM & SCCA
licences.
We too @ RMVR, utilize these handbooks. Every student in our Driver's School
gets one. A valuable little tool & as an aside, neat'art deco'  cover work  by
artist Mark Bender.
