    Are there any Triumphs amongst us that are  participating in this year's 
historics? 
 
    I will be there with at least two of my children,  maybe three. Needless 
to say in any event it will be a trip up the coast line in  an SUV rather than 
a sportscar. I thought about taking the old Mercedes  6.9, but the memories 
of how they trashed the inside of the rental minivan on  the last trip are 
still too vivid in my mind.
