[Fot] Permatex Red applied to rod bolts

The preferred method of applying Loctite to rod bolts -- don't.

Get some ARP bolt lubricant and smear 'em with the stuff, including under 
the bolt head. (No, you really don't need it on the unthreaded portion).

That's the modern-era trick stuff.
