<p class="MsoNormal">CA is a “year of first registration” state, so the discussion of Year of Title vs model year is not really applicable.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">But, a seller is perceived as mis-leading if they put a year in the ad that does not match the title when the buyer arrives and takes a look.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">(particularly if it is salvage titled, but also critical as cars titled as 76 require bi-annual smog checks, while those titled as 75 do not, regardless of model year)<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Funny how they were careful to blur out the lic plate to ward off the worry that those who had the resources could show up un-announced, but it is in a warehouse (doubtful the address on the title) and they missed one picture.

<p class="MsoNormal">Those “kidney bean / 5 slot” rims were dealer offered upgrades at the time, although they have been nicely re-polished.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They were more common on Z’s of the era, with zero offset, which these don’t appear to be based on them still fitting correctly on a “leaf spring sagging” rear end.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Refurbished, but dash has cracks already, so that puts it back in “driver” category ( but aren’t they all?? ), so flop a carpet dash cover on there and enjoy the drive.<o:p></o:p></p>
