<DIV>Hey All,<BR data-mce-bogus="1"></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>been doing a little maintenance on my 68 SPL with a buddy, after looking
things over he remarked that the fuel pump is going out and needs to be rebuilt
or replaced. He based this on the filter only filling to just above the
inlet/outlet level lets say 60% full. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>As far as I remember this was that was it has always been and that you
could see the pump pulsing the fuel into the filter. He says the filter should
be completely full of fuel and we shouldn't see a pulsing action.<BR
data-mce-bogus="1"></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The filter is the stock one and it is clipped into the stock holding
bracket.<BR data-mce-bogus="1"></DIV>

<DIV>Let me know what you have seen or think about his assumptions.<BR
