    It was my experience that removal of the steering arm from the
    steering box shaft is NOT a pain.<br>
    Removal of the retaining nut wasn't a big problem.<br>
    Appropriate sized socket and a breaker bar.<br>
    I used a pitman arm puller on the steering arm and it virtually fell
    off.<br>
    Reason?<br>
    The splined shaft and mating splined hole in the arm are tapered!<br>
    Once you get it moving it just drops off.<br>
    All comments applicable to my '65 SP310.<br>
