[Roadsters] Brakes Continued

The car is a '70 2000.
The rear lights function with directional flashers and hazard flashers. 
The horn works and I believe that this is on the same circuit as the brakes.  Pull that fuse and horn stops working.  Replace with different fuse and horn works - still no brakes. 
The stupid B light works when knob is pulled. 
There is current at the brake switch. 
Could there still be an issue at the hazard flasher switch?
