[Roadsters] Datsun-roadsters Digest, Vol 16, Issue 35

Speaking of electrical issues . . . but first: LOVE conspicuity. This is a
bright bunch.
My electrical issue: The wipers don't work when it's raining - but they do
when it's not raining.
This suggests to me that water is shorting something out, but it's not
dripping through the dash, so I think the windshield is sealed.
I don't see an easy way to investigate. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
