My adult son often works on cars with me and is an accomplished mechanic.

Last weekend he was reinstalling the horn button on an early 67 roadster, which is metal.

He had it in, then turned the car power on so he could test it.  it worked but he complained it shocked him as well.

I noticed that he was sitting sideways in the driver's seat with his legs outside of the car, but up against the bodywork.

I had to explain to him how the horn worked . . . .
