[Roadsters] Roaster for sale in Eureka, CA

I like the "not haunted" on the for sale sign - why would you say that unless.....?

While on a roadtrip last week up the California/Oregon coast we spotted this roadster for sale in Eureka!

It was on the corner of 101 and Commercial St. I hesitated for a bit, then pulled the RV around the block again to check it out.
