New tires. 2 - 1969 one 1600 soft top only, rebuilt front suspension. Second one is 2000, an older restoration but nice. I bout this car not running and one rear wheel locked up. It has a hard top, soft top, and tonneau cover, later model Z wheels color matched. Light front left fender damage where the Harbor Freight blast cabinet fell against it when the legs gave out. Set of original wheels and hub caps, new tires. Dash is cracked but seats are nice. This is the nicest of all cars. The paint is I believe 75 Corvette blue. It has a roll bar and racing harnesses. 1 - 1970 Runs and drives but has lots of rust. Some one did very armature bonds work. I have used sheet metal for this car. 1 - mostly complete 1600 w/trans, condition unknown. 1 - 4 bolt short block 1 - Solex carb 2 - 5 speed transmissions 1 - 5 speed drive shaft Various sheet metal parts, some gauges, 4 slotted aluminum wheels, luggage rack, front spoiler, used 2000 engine wiring harness, 2 new 67 seat covers, various other used parts, various new parts, bearings, shocks, brake pads. Good used 69 windshield. I?m sure I have missed other items I would like to sell as a package for $12k. I paid 7800 for the 2ltr in non running condition, so with the balance of vehicles and parts you can see where I?m coming from. You can contact me at gino67ss at aol.com. She's right. There are 9 cars in the compound currently, including the latest roadster which we'll bring back home from getting painted on Monday. Linda's roadster is a '69, my new one, the one that just got painted is also a '69. Both 2000s but mine is a Solex machine. Looking forward to assembling it and putting it on the road. Solvang in April? Probably not in that one but maybe in Linda's. Good luck with getting them sold. In-Reply-To: References: Message-ID: <8fefef1d-6529-e499-f3d7-e867e15c38cf@icloud.com> Paul, I bought some 3 point belts from seatbeltsplus.com that I am getting ready to install. They are not retractable but they do have some that are. They have 2 point retractable belts starting at $50 I don't know if there is enough room for the retractor mechanism in a Roadster. I moved my seats back as far as I could, so they won't fit my car. The only problem I see with them is that the mounting holes are 1/2", while the Roadster bolts are 7/16". This shouldn't be? problem, but I may look for some plastic shoulder washers to make up the difference. Peace, Pat On 12/21/2021 3:28 PM, Paul Kort via Datsun-roadsters wrote: > ? We were just getting it back from the paint shop. Now for the re-assembly... Any volunteers? It's a '69 Solex car. Yes, that is white fungus on the ground. That's the neighbor's house with too much fungus in the yard. Wife and I made a quick trip from Mesa, AZ to Flagstaff to pick up the car. We put it in the garage there and brought Linda's down to Mesa to put in the garage here. Need to do some work on it but should have it back on the road shortly. There's no fungus here in Mesa, I hate that stuff. Stan, now with two. Lots to do before it's on the road, including a valve job. BTW, that's my lovely wife in the driver's seat, putting it in the garage for the winter. When we started the other roadster it was going to be my car. She was such a trooper, putting in as much time as I did in rebuilding it that I thought she deserved it as much as I did if not more.
