[Roadsters] Trying to identify a couple parts

Digging through my parts stash & ive run into a couple parts I can’t identify. 

First is new in a Nissan bag, part number  32889 14600. It looks to be a phenolic bushing. I bought 4 so I suspect they are used in pairs. Possibly a shifter pin bushing? I’ve found other shifter parts.

Second is a part I have no idea on. It may not be for a Datsun. My first thought was a clip for seat webbing but it doesn’t match any of my seats.
