Looks like a blend of two cars.

Correct to '66: Short windshield & old style dash. Brake master cylinder is
a single; it's got pushbutton outside door handles, small fender
flares/rear, single backup light and non-recessed license plate light, a
bowl-type fuel filter housing.

Something else: front side markers & grill. Engine.

Aren't those leaf springs upside down?

The "cash only" deal is ominous, and why didn't he detail the engine bay?
High caution at this price, in my view.
