[Roadsters] Looking for a roadster to buy while Eliza is being fixed

My friend has a 66 1600 Roadster with a 5 speed. He was looking to sell it in the spring. 

Its a solid and clean car, jump in it and drive it away. The car is located in NH, currently in storage for the Winter.

Eliza needs some work, which is going to take a couple of months. 

Looking to buy a temp replacement for her. Don't mind a car that needs some TLC, tuneup, adjust brakes etc, minor detailing, but NOT any aspect of a project. 

Hoping for 9-11K - with hopeful resale of around that. 

Looking at eBay and Craiglist.
