[Roadsters] Rim size 14 or 15

There's a wider variety of tire selections for 15-inch rims.  The folks at Tire Rack helped me pick equivalents for the 14-inch tires I have been running.

 I'm trying to decide what size to get 14 in or 15 in
 panasport rims. Going in a 66 datsun 1600 4 speed
 transmission all stock.
