[Roadsters] 3-point belts on 69-70 Roadsters?

I was just looking at a listing for a 1969 2L Roadster on BAT which mentions “stock 3-point belts that were law by 1969.”

I know the part about “(required by) law by 1969” isn’t correct, but is there a factory option for a shoulder belt on the later Roadsters? Have I been missing something all these years on my ’70 2L?
