Jack plug is a decoration until you are on the side of the road in BF nowhere and you only have the issued jack! Just have to use standard jack very carefully and not let the car roll ending up with a dented door.
However the jack plug hole is more difficult to reproduce than a smooth panel. Either way a rocker is a lot of work to repair and make look nice. Years ago I just grafted one in from donor car. That's the easy method.
