[Roadsters] Fuel bowl

Everyone seems to think the issue is with the bowl lid, not the filter.  I
will disassemble the whole thing, clean it, put it in a new gasket and let you
know if it improves. Thanks.

I replaced mine with a fuel compliant rubber version and it has
worked well since.
BTW, my gasket was an old inner tube that I cut to fit.
