[Roadsters] Door latch problems

I'm restoring a 67.5 roadster, the strikers were missing from the door
pillars. I ordered a striker that does not fit the door latch assy. I think it
may be for a 68-70 model.  I also have a 67 parts car that has the older style
striker that won't bolt to my 67.5 pillar. Both sets of doors appear to have
the same style door latches. Wondering if there are 3 types of strikers? sure
what to do from this point?
