[Roadsters] OE wheel offset

Okay, measured the backspacing on an OE wheel. The outside edge to edge
measurement is right at 5 inches, the backspacing is 3 3/8 from the rim
edge to the mounting flange using a framing square. If my calcs are right,
that puts the flange 7/8 inch (22 mm) toward the outside of the wheel from
the center line, so the OE steelies (14 x 4 1/2) are -22 mm.
