[Roadsters] Rota wheels

Im running those wheels but with a +15 off set.  I had to roll my rear
fenders a tiny bit using 195x50x15 Yokohama S.drive tires.  You will have to
take a 1/4 round over bit on a router to the inside of the hub.  Real easy to
do.
