William,
On the '70 a +12 may work for you depending on your ride height and tire
size. We recommend a +18 offset in a 15x7 with 195/60 or 195/65-15 tires.
The 73mm center bore does not fit most front hubs. You will need to either
modify your new wheels or use a 1/8" spacer. This will allow the wheel to
clear the front hub register.
Also the studs may need to be swapped out for longer ones. The late model
alloy wheels with conical seat lug nuts are thicker than the OE steels
which can leave you with too little stud/lug nut thread engagement. You
should have 10 turns from start to tight minimum, if not you will need
longer studs.
We have spacers and studs should you need them.
I hope this helps.
Thank you,
Dave Patten, Owner
