[Roadsters] High Windshield Horn Spring

Thanks to all all who responded to my request.  I have a spring on the 
way and will finally be able to finish the steering wheel assembly again.

A set of new Falken's on Mr. Hyde tomorrow and we are about ready to 
travel again.
