The domain registration for nowroc.org is expiring in a couple of 
months.  I now live in Las Vegas and don't do much with the site any 
more.  If anyone is interested in keeping it alive please send me a note 
and we will get it transferred into your name.  I am happy to continue 
hosting the domain at no charge for whoever wants to take it over and 
keep it alive.
