[Roadsters] Adjusting the tach

My 67 1600 idles at 700 and at 70mph tacks 4K in 4th.

4 or 5 speed box - typically in 4th in EITHER box (direct drive)
you get 20
MPH for every 1K RPM (depending also upon wheel/tire profile) - so
your tach
doesn't seem all that much  out of whack - at least at the high end
- idle
does seem LOW.
