It's a squeeze but it will go. The tire manufacturers usually list 4.5-6.0"
as the recommended rim width for this size.

Now, whether that tire size will clear the fender lips is another matter. I
ran this size for many years and found that it depended on the shape of the
shoulder of the particular tire make and model. Some would, some wouldn't.
