Dave, I agree 100% with Gary. Several years ago I spent nearly as much to
have a new canvas top installed as I paid just for the top, but I wouldn't
hesitate to do it again. Doing that sort of work well comes with
experience. It's really not a beginner level project. Way too easy to mess
up, IMO.
