[Roadsters] Question about aftermarket seats

The Ultrashield is interesting. They can custom-fit it, so that might be the
best bet. Not sure any passenger would want to put up with one.

I'm definitely keeping this one in mind, since most of my driving is, shall
we say, "vigorous."

Hi Gordon, and everyone else out in Roadster land.

I have installed a racing seat from Ultrashield. it's similar to the Kirkey
seats, and has a ton of lateral support. It's available in various widths.
it is not however, very comfortable for the long haul.

Subject: [Roadsters] Question about aftermarket seats

Hi, gang. I'm trying to find some aftermarket fixed-back seats for my car,
and I'm having trouble finding any that are narrow enough to fit,
particularly in the shoulder area. I bought a pair of Corbeau Forza seats
but it turns out that the shoulder "wings" are so wide they hang out over
the edge of the door. And this is one of the narrower seats that Corbeau
makes. I'm now looking at the Corbeau Clubman, which is narrower but gives
up a lot of shoulder-area support, but it might still be a tight fit.

One other complication is that my car has a roll bar with a cross-brace, so
the headrest can't extend back under the hoop.

What seats have any of you put in? My priority is one that has lots of
lateral support and is set up for a 5-point harness.
