[Roadsters] Brake question

All,

I have an issue with my brakes that I have had since I bought the car. On
shorter drives, I have no issues, but when I drive for more than an hour I get
this squeak from the brakes. It sounds like a squealer on modern disc brakes
to alert when the pads are getting low. I get it on both front brakes but not
all the time and not always at the same time. Stepping on the brakes makes it
go away for a while, but the it comes back. Some times it is a chirp chirp
chirp and other times its a constant squeal.

So far, I have replaced the hoses with stainless steal, replaced the pads,
rebuilt the calipers, and bled the brakes several times. They are correctly
and fully adjusted. Any thoughts as to the cause? It seems like the calipers
are not retracting completely, but I don't know why. The problems seems worse
on hot days, but happens in the cold too.

The pads are a bit tight in the caliper. should they be filed down on the
edges?

Thanks in advance for your knowledge.
