The mailing lists do not allow attachments, basically to help keep bad 
things out
of your mailboxes.  But one can post photos in the forums, which I basically
got working last night.  Link below.  Still some issues, like user 
avatars not
being displayed, but one can log in and post, or read existing posts with
no trouble.
