Actually, that isn't a 2L radiator. It is the original 65 1500 radiator. The
65 also didn't have a surge tank for the radiator. the overflow was routed via
a tube to the ground.

Interesting looking car.  It matches Rallye's description of what constitutes
a
true '56 1500.  Given the underlying rust issues, I wouldn't call it a $12.5K
car either, but, hey, the market sets the price.

Interesting use of the windshield washer tank as a surge tank for the
radiator. 
(Correct surge tank appears to be missing.)  Makes me wonder what else on the
car is screwed up.
