[Roadsters] Low Windshield Shop Recommendation Needed - El Paso or Albuquerque

Greetings:

I have a retired friend in New Mexico who does not have internet service that
needs the name of a windshield shop in either El Paso or Albuquerque.  The
shop needs experience in low-windshield frame removal/replacement and
experience with the inevitable stuck fasteners.  He has the parts - he just
needs the labor.
