[Roadsters] Grant wheel hub

Tim,

There is a rubber shround which goes over it, but, note that the adapter 
shown places the wheel ~2 inches closer to the driver.  I had one in mine 
until I dumped it.  I'll sell the entire assembly -- wheel, adapter, shroud 
and all -- if anyone is interested.
