[Roadsters] locked up 1600 engine

Strong possibility the starter jammed against the ring gear on the
flywheel.  This can happen if the engin backfires at just the wrong moment
while cranking.  Try rocking the vehicle, but there is danger of damaging
the starter.  Alternative plan:Pull the starter if it can be reached easily
and see if the engine frees up.
