  At Sloan Racing, we run R16s on Frame HP1 filters for at least the last
15 years.  I did read some testing that talked about failure of anti-siphon
valves in Frams.  The new Extra Guard is supposed to address that problem
with a new design.  Next oil change, one goes on my KA24E in my roadster.
