Dana,

No.  '65 to '67 are different from '67-1/2 to '70.  The mounting is
different.  
Rallye's website has pictures of both.  Dean's website shows the
later unit, but 
I did not see the early version.

That said, my '67-1/2 has a
'65 to '67 sending unit, probably because  a '65 to 
'67 gas tank was used
when the car was restored by the PO.
