[Roadsters] Rattling Engine and Ghostly EngintTurnover

1 1970 1600 Stroker with 1.5K ++ miles - carefully broken in to 1K
1)Symptoms - Rattle at 2K + - only goes away at 2K- since I don't want to rev
it - oil ok (10-40)  - tooke car out of gear and symtomps duyplicated -
thorts
2) Turn engine off after running it - position key to accessories - turn one
click before strating and engine slightly cranks - like there is somehting
left to do - thorts ??
