Linda is spot on.  While Peter may be a legit and stand-up guy, the spam-bot 
that stole his address
is COUNTING on that happening with at least ONE of the e-mail addresses it 
steals.

Just like with identity theft.  The schmutz that steals your identity is 
counting on YOUR identity to be
that of a "legit and very up front and honest person." in order to profit 
from it.

Has ANYONE called Peter to verify?  His phone # is given at the bottom....

I don't know him personally or I would call; I presume those who are 
vouching for him do know him personally.
Might one of them call?
