Mark,
My congratulations and compliments for the site and the first twenty years.  
As a relative new comer, I don't have the history many of you have however, i can tell you in six shorts years I have found the site to be invaluable: the daily emails, the debates, the depth of knowledge, and the passion and willingness of the list to help a frustrated, often at-wits-end stranger.  
Thanks to all of you who have made it what it is today and here's to the next 20.
