Appears Julian (who lives in SoCal) is going to go with the 912's after receiving nothing but positive comments.

Thanks, everyone.

You might take a look at the Bridgestone Potenza RE-960 AS. We've got a set of these on my wife's Subaru and they seem to work great, especially in the rain (if that's a consideration).

Either email Julian directly, or I can forward any replies to the roadster
list/me.

Thanks.

Hello all,

Anyone have opinions on this tire? I'm looking to fit it in a 195/60/14
to my 510. I don't track my car and it isn't set up to maximize the grip
of something like the Azenis (and I don't need the noise). Looking for a
good compromise between cost, handling, and longevity.

Thanks,
Julian
