Please tell me your joking about the $50k to restore, Although if your a
cheque book restorer it might cost that much. In reality I could restore
that car in Aus for around the $8k - $10K mark at the very most.

I think the problem is you are looking at a $50,000 restoration for a
car not worth the $10,000 that it didn't sell for.
Most people would rather dump their money into a Maserati Ghibli or a
Pantera then dump $50,000 into a Datsun

bid up o $10,000.00 and didn't meet the sellers reserve. Was this car
